ABOUT US

Tax avoidance, not tax evasion. It’s a vital distinction.

Tax evasion is not only illegal but is also (in our opinion) immoral.

What Phoenix are passionate about is tax avoidance. It’s a very different concept, one which aims to minimise tax – that is, to avoid paying unnecessary taxes.

We achieve this through keeping ourselves up-to-date with legislation and government-backed tax breaks, careful structuring of businesses and working with, not shying away from, HMRC.

Established in 2009, our business has grown – and continues to grow – year-on-year, with new clients seeking us out through the recommendation of others. We’re a friendly, approachable team and pride ourselves in efficient but personal service.

IT systems

Our supporting IT platform dovetails with yours – whether you work with Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, Excel spreadsheets or pen and paper!

We use IT systems to streamline our service to you, rather than rely on it to ‘number-crunch’.
